Angelique explained that AI performs better when it has a strong foundation to work from. The same way you would not expect a new team member to represent your business without understanding your brand, customers, and processes, you should not expect AI to produce valuable outcomes without the right information.
As impressive as AI can sound while guessing, confidently wrong is still wrong.

One of the biggest lessons from the training was the shift from using AI as a task assistant to using it as a strategic partner.
Many people are currently using AI at a basic level:
“Write this email.”
“Create this caption.”
“Summarise this document.”
These tasks are useful, but they only scratch the surface.
