EVS Level Up Conference 2026
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all registrations and attendance at the EVS Level Up Conference 2026 (“Event”), operated by Empowering Virtual Solutions Pty Ltd (“EVS”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Registration and Ticketing
- 1.1 All tickets (including complimentary tickets) are subject to registration and confirmation by EVS.
- 1.2 Tickets are generally non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
- 1.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Ticket Transfers
- 2.1 Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 30 days prior to the Event, subject to written notice to EVS and confirmation by us.
- 2.2 Transfer requests made within 30 days of the Event may be refused at EVS’s discretion.
- 2.3 The replacement attendee must agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Complimentary Tickets – EVS Active Clients
- 3.1 The Event is complimentary for active EVS clients as at the date of the Event and includes one (1) complimentary guest ticket per client registration.
- 3.2 To secure your attendance, EVS requires valid credit card details at the time of registration.
- 3.3 By providing your credit card details, you authorise EVS to charge the applicable no-show or late cancellation fee in accordance with Clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
- 3.4 No charge will be processed provided you attend the Event or cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
- 3.5 If you are no longer an active EVS client at the time of the Event, your complimentary ticket and guest ticket will be cancelled. You may re-register at the publicly advertised rate, subject to availability.
- Guest Deposit Policy
- 4.1 Guests must be registered in advance.
- 4.2 A $100 deposit per guest is required to secure attendance.
- 4.3 The deposit will be refunded within 7 days following the Event provided the guest attends both days of the Event.
- 4.4 If the guest fails to attend both days, the deposit will be forfeited to cover administrative and catering costs.
- Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- 5.1 To minimise last-minute cancellations and reduce catering waste, EVS requires a credit card pre-authorisation for all complimentary client registrations.
- 5.2 A fee of $100 + GST will be charged to the registered credit card if: You cancel less than 30 days prior to the Event; or You register and fail to attend the Event without prior written notice (no-show).
- 5.3 This fee represents a genuine pre-estimate of costs incurred by EVS, including venue and catering commitments.
- 5.4 No fee will apply where cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the Event.
- 5.5 If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by EVS and you are unable to attend the new date, no fee will be charged.
- 5.6 Nothing in this clause limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Event Changes or Cancellation by EVS
- 6.1 EVS reserves the right to modify the Event program, speakers, venue, format, or schedule where reasonably necessary.
- 6.2 If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will be transferred to the new date.
- 6.3 If EVS cancels the Event and does not reschedule it, paid ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid.
- 6.4 EVS will not be liable for travel, accommodation or other ancillary costs incurred by attendees.
- Force Majeure
- EVS will not be liable for delay, modification, or cancellation of the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health orders, venue closure, or speaker unavailability.
- Where possible, EVS will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event.
- Conduct at the Event
- 8.1 Attendees must behave in a respectful and professional manner.
- 8.2 EVS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
- Photography and Media
- By attending the Event, you consent to photography, audio recording, and videography which may be used by EVS for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify EVS in writing prior to the Event.
- Limitation of Liability
- 10.1 To the extent permitted by law, EVS excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from attendance at the Event.
- 10.2 Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, EVS’s liability is limited to the resupply of the Event services or the cost of resupply.
- Privacy
- Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with EVS’s Privacy Policy.
