Empowering Virtual Solution is an Australian outsourcing agency that aims to help you scale your business by finding the right Virtual Assistant that allows you to focus your time on the crucial areas and to help grow your business successfully. We empower aspiring Filipino Virtual Assistants to become highly trained home-based workers, who become change-makers and are ready to make a difference. We look after the entire outsourcing process for our clients from end-to-end, which includes: hiring, briefing, project managing, HR, payroll, and disruption or replacement cover.

Finding the right Virtual Assistant can take up a lot of your time even though it may seem simple at first thought. We do all of the heavy work for you through our tried and tested process:

  1. Book a Free VA GAMECHANGER CALL, with one of our VA Specialists to help you find a perfect VA. We take the time to chat with you and understand more about your business and show you how a Virtual Assistant could save you time, save you money, and make you money!
  2. Fill out the onboarding forms which include a VA application form and a simple DiSC test.
  3. Our Australian-based VA Specialist walks you through our Membership where you can access a VA Mini-Course and help you prepare the tools while waiting for your VA. They will also be the ones to find your VA matches and arrange the interview process
  4. Meet the candidates via Zoom and either select a VA to begin working with or choose to conduct a 1-week trial of both VAs if you can’t choose!
  5. VA Handover Meeting with your chosen VA, our client task manager, and your team leader to ensure all tasks you need to delegate to the VA are scheduled to your preference ahead of their first working day with you.
Yes, we do! Most of our clients are based in Australia and New Zealand but we work with clients in the USA, Canada, Europe, and other parts of the world.
A Full-Time Virtual Assistant works 40 hours per week whereas a Part-Time Virtual Assistant works 20 hours per week. If you’re unsure as to which type of package you need, our VA Specialist will give you recommendations after your VA Gamechanger Call.
Empowering Virtual Solution is the employer of your Virtual Assistant but they are assigned to work on your tasks. Your VA will be a dedicated employee of your organization and will work the same work schedule each day in your preferred time zone. This also means that we cover all things from HR, Payroll, disruption, and replacement cover, and more so that you don’t have to.

Yes, there is a minimum commitment period.

Once you have selected the Virtual Assistant for your business, there is a minimum of three months between you and your Virtual Assistant, just like a probationary period that you may find in a workplace. It requires at least three months onboarding to be able to really judge if a Virtual Assistant is actually up for the task within your organisation.

And if it’s not, then we’re going to replace them free of charge after three months. You also have a 30 days notice for you to stop working with us completely

In the first 30 days with a Virtual Assistant, your designated supervisor will meet with your Virtual Assistant weekly before transitioning to fortnightly, then monthly to oversee the relationship between you and your virtual system and to provide you both with ongoing support. You will also get to meet with a designer supervisor once a week during the first 30 days and then fortnightly until the third month calls.

We think that those meetings with the supervisor are priceless because the supervisor has been with me in my business for years and they know exactly how you can make this relationship work successfully. You can also join our monthly CEO coaching classes with me personally Francesca Moi, the founder of Empowering Virtual Solution, and you can get to meet other business owners as well and pick each other’s brain on ways on how you both are finding time, save, and money make more because, of the help of the Virtual Assistant. So price this calls and they are all included in your monthly fee.

All our Virtual Assistants are trained and required to send you a daily handover at the end of the day, where they will list down all the tasks that they have achieved, accomplished during that day, and any issue they have encountered so, that you can also read it, help them, and support them. We also recommend them to do a little mini report on what they achieved throughout the day with some really tangible numbers for you to see.

The supervisor will monitor the performance using a time tracking tool to give you an additional peace of mind to make sure that the Virtual Assistant is doing the hours that they says to do it. However, we always encourage our clients to please trust in their capabilities and loyalty and measure the results rather than rely on the tracking tool that we have. We have it as a back but we don’t want to rely on that. We want to build that trust and a beautiful relationship and make our virtual system part of our family because, if we treat them like a family, they will treat you like family too.

In Empowering Virtual Solution, we have set eight public holidays each year in accordance with the National-wide Holiday from the Official Gazette of the Philippines. A copy of these will be sent to you who wants to join the agency so that you know exactly what those dates are and you can plan in advance. We have decided to choose eight out of 14 that they have in the Philippines because we want to make sure that we give them some extra that they’re entitled to, but we also don’t want your business to suffer for it.

Here at Empowering Virtual Solution, we highly recommend for your business to invest in a vault app such as 1password to secure your logins from your Virtual Assistant. This is a platform that you can invest in if you choose to, and we highly recommend that so your Virtual Assistant can have all the logins to the platform that you want her to have access to, without them actually seeing the password. So please don’t save your password in an Excel file or in a document is important that you save securely your passwords in something like 1password. You can also create different vaults with 1password and share only the vault with the logins that you really want your Virtual Assistant to have access to, to be able to accomplish the tasks that you have assigned them to.

We also hired a company that installs an antivirus on all our Virtual Assistants computers so that you are really protected from any threat and viruses and that on us.

Here at Empowering Virtual Solution, we prefer to hire Virtual Assistants that are not experienced and they’re actually new to the Virtual Assistant world so we can mold them and train them the way that we know is going to be successful and long term for your business and for us.

So, it usually takes for us up to two to six weeks for us to find the right match for you. We always try to suggest that you expect six weeks so that if we do it earlier, it’s always a good thing. But we hire slow and fire fast. So, for us it’s very important to find the right match for you rather than find you anybody and then waste your time because you have to train someone from scratch.

So, it’s always important to go slower to go faster.

You can definitely hire more than one Virtual Assistant at a time that is really not limiting on the number of Virtual Assistant and you can hire so you can have a conversation with me or one of my team to really decide what’s best for your business.

My recommendation personally is to hire one Virtual Assistant at a time so that you can onboard that person properly.
